Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, this policy describes how you can exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with the EU model instructions provided below. According to Article 2.1 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, "consumer" means any natural person who, in contracts covered by this Directive, acts for purposes which are outside his commercial, industrial, craft or professional activities.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without specifying the reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days starting from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract using an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You can contact us by email at contact@safirconsulting.ro or by phone at 0737 849 521. For this purpose, you can use the standard withdrawal form attached; however, its use is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund any amount we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs caused by you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method as used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different refund method; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of such refund.
