The multi-annual national program for the development of entrepreneurial culture among women managers in the SME sector is a program to encourage and stimulate the establishment of small and medium-sized enterprises, implemented by the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MEAT) through the Agencies for Small and Medium Enterprises ( AIMM). The de minimis scheme is valid until December 31, 2027, and the estimated budget for the period 2024-2027 is 800,000,000 lei. The budget allocated to the de minimis scheme for the 2024 budget year, approved by Law no. 421/2023 approving the state budget for 2024, is 200,000,000 lei.

Through the implementation of the Program in the period 2024-2027, it is estimated that de minimis aid will be granted to a number of 4,000 beneficiaries, of which 1,000 in 2024.
