The Ministry of Energy launched the project of the de minimis aid scheme within the "ELECTRIC UP" Program, intended to finance small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and economic operators in the HORECA sector.
Scopul programului este sprijinirea instalării sistemelor de panouri fotovoltaice pentru producerea de energie electrică și a infrastructurii de reîncărcare pentru vehiculele electrice.
Obiectivele programului includ:
Ministerul invită părțile interesate să trimită sugestii și comentarii la adresa de email electric.up.2@energie.gov.ro până la data de 4 iunie 2024.
Atât Proiectul Schemei de minimis, cât și alte documente relevante și informații complete pot fi consultate în sectiunea safirconsulting.ro/ElectricUp.
Acest program reflectă angajamentul Ministerului Energiei de a sprijini tranziția către surse de energie regenerabilă și de a contribui la dezvoltarea infrastructurii necesare pentru vehiculele electrice, susținând astfel eforturile de reducere a emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră și promovarea sustenabilității în sectorul energetic și transporturi.
Măsura de ajutor de stat are în vedere un număr minim două cicluri de finanțare,
corespunzătoare exercițiilor bugetare 2024 și 2026, cu un număr maxim de beneficiari de
1800/ciclu de finanțare.

Create at least two full-time jobs for an indefinite period after the entry into force of the financing agreement and keep these jobs occupied for at least 12 months after the issuance of the payment agreement by AIMM.
In case of vacancies or suspension of created jobs, the beneficiary has 45 days to fill them again, maintaining the number and conditions for which he received funding.
During the period mentioned in letter m (1), an employment contract cannot be suspended more than twice, with exceptions regulated by special legislation and issued by the competent authorities.
The beneficiary must prove employment through the project, with permanent and full-time employment contracts, at the time of issuing the payment agreement by AIMM, and maintain these jobs for at least 12 months.
Jobs created and filled in the last 6 months with the applicant company, between the signing and issuance of the financing agreement, are considered created by the project.
